Saturday classes are for anyone who wishes try out acting at a leisurely pace.

No previous experience is necessary and there is no long term commitment.

The classes run from 4pm to 6pm during term time and include two informal classes run by various members of our staff. Classes are usually performance based; for example, improvisation, text study, actors' movement. However, some classes are given over to voice, speech, reading, posture, etc.

The last half hour is used as a chance for students to practice with the tutors any ongoing personal development projects may have: speeches for audition, accent work, etc.

Students must pay for four weeks (£60) or eight weeks (£100) in advance, but do not have to attend on consecutive weeks.

There is no need to audition, though we will ask you to an informal interview beforehand.
